Terms of Service

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the trip are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

2. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

3. Liability

TripWheels is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will make every effort to ensure your journey is smooth.

4. Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of the trip. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
